TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

0.1 We aim to offer a relaxed and enjoyable day out for families and groups alike. To ensure the best possible experience for you and all our guests, and to support the safe and effective management of the resort for everyone’s benefit, the following Terms and Conditions apply.
0.2 We reserve the right to ask any guest who breaches these Terms & Conditions or site rules to leave. or, who in any other way are behaving in a manner likely to cause distress or nuisance to us or to any other visitors or customers of ours, to leave the resort immediately. In these circumstances your booking/visit will cease, and we shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred by you and no refund will be given.

 

Booking Your Activity/Event

1.1 For group bookings or queries, please email [email protected], including the date, group size, and contact details.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of online booking.
1.3 The person making the booking must be 18 years of age and above, is responsible for the booking, and confirms that party numbers will not exceed those stated.

 

Arrival & Departure

2.1 You must arrive 30–60 minutes before your booking/event time. (60 and below participants – 30 minutes / 61 and above participants – 60 minutes)
2.2 You must leave the park within 1 hour after your activity/event finishes.
2.3 Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the premises.

 

Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by You – Activities & Events
3.1.1 Activities and events cannot be refunded once booked. Where availability and operationally possible, bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is offered at the discretion of Let’s Go Hydro. To request a reschedule, you must create an online account after placing your booking.

3.2 Cancellation by Us
3.2.1 If an activity, event, or service cannot proceed due to closure (excluding weather – see 3.4), a full refund will be issued.
3.2.2 If you are ejected for breaching these Terms & Conditions or resort rules, no refund will be given.

3.3 Accommodation
3.3.1 Accommodation is managed by Waters Edge Retreat.

3.4 Adverse Weather
3.4.1 Some obstacles may be removed due to weather or operational reasons without refund.
3.4.2 If severe weather causes closure or stoppage, affected customers will receive account credit or a voucher.
3.4.3 No refunds will be issued for weather-related closures.

 

Group Bookings

4.1 We cater for groups, schools, organisations and occasions.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
4.3 Group bookings may be subject to minimum and maximum numbers, additional supervision requirements, and specific time slots.
4.4 A designated group leader or organiser must be nominated and will be responsible for the behaviour of the group and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
4.5 We reserve the right to request additional information, deposits, or documentation for group, school, or organisational bookings.

4.6 Groups, schools, and organisations must comply with any additional safety briefings or operational instructions provided by Let’s Go Hydro staff.

4.7 For early bookings, a 15% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to arrival. Booking requests made from 10.03.2026 will require a 50% deposit to secure your preferred booking date and time, with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to arrival.

4.8 Changes can be made to your booking up to 28 days prior to arrival. After this time, bookings can only be amended to add additional participants, subject to availability.

4.9 Deposit payments are non-refundable.

 

Visitors

5.1 Day visitors must park in the main car park.
5.2 Visitors must follow resort rules and are subject to the same ejection policy.

 

Behaviour Standards

6.1 Visitors must act courteously toward staff and other guests.
6.2 Resort rules must be followed at all times.
6.3 Children must be supervised at all times.
6.4 Children must not play near toilets, culverts, or water edges.
6.5 Parents/guardians are responsible for damage caused by children.
6.6 Bicycles must be ridden responsibly.
6.7 Ball games are only allowed on grass areas.
6.8 Quiet hours are 10:30pm–8:00am.
6.9 Areas used must be left clean and tidy.
6.10 Litter must be disposed of properly and recycled where possible.
6.11 Firearms, weapons, glass containers and generators are prohibited.
6.12 Toilets must not be misused (including flushing wipes, nappies, or sanitary products – even when it is advised the product is flushable on the packaging).
6.13 Damage to resort property will be charged.
6.14 No removal of logs, branches, or wildlife habitat.
6.15 No criminal activity, vandalism, nuisance behaviour, unlawful drugs, or unauthorised trading.

 

Vehicles

7.1 Vehicles must follow resort and staff directions.
7.2 Commercial vehicles are permitted at management discretion.
7.3 Speed limit is 5mph.
7.4 Vehicles must be taxed, insured, and road legal.
7.5 The Highway Code applies.
7.6 No recreational motor vehicles (except mobility scooters).
7.7 No vehicle movement between 12am–7am except emergencies.

 

Dogs

8.1 Dogs are permitted by prior arrangement only.
8.2 Dogs must be on a short lead and supervised at all times.
8.3 Fouling must be cleaned and disposed of correctly.
8.4 Permission may be withdrawn at any time.
8.5 No other pets are permitted – except certified service animals.

 

Ejection from the Resort

9.1 We reserve the right to remove anyone breaching these Terms & Conditions or behaving in a disruptive or dangerous manner.
9.2 In these cases, no refund or compensation will be given.

 

Liability

10.1 We are not responsible for loss or damage to property unless caused by our negligence or breach of duty.

 

Data Protection

11.1 Booking information is collected to process reservations and provide updates, offers, and news.
11.2 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
11.3 Data may be shared with CampStead Ltd for feedback and review requests.

 

Cable Tow Regulations

12.1 General Risk Acknowledgement
12.1.1 Watersports involve risk and are undertaken at your own risk.
12.1.2 You agree to follow all safety instructions and behave responsibly.

12.2 Cable Tow Requirements
12.2.1 Users must have completed training or meet the minimum standard.
12.2.2 Users must be healthy and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

 

12.3 Minimum Standard
12.3.1 Ability to swim 50m unassisted
12.3.2 Ability to complete two kneeboard laps to staff satisfaction

 

12.4 Cable Tow Safety Rules
12.4.1 Users must:
a) Let go when obstructed
b) Avoid endangering others
c) Exit at designated points
d) Obey all signage and staff
e) Wear helmets when required
f) Not instruct other users
g) Treat equipment with respect
12.4.2 Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

 

12.5 Activity and Event Regulations

 

12.5.1 Admission & Tickets
12.5.1.1 All visitors must purchase a valid ticket for entry to the Park.
12.5.1.2 Entry may be refused or revoked for safety, behavioural, or other valid reasons. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
12.5.1.3 Guests who arrive late may not be guaranteed access to their scheduled activity and the Park is not responsible for missed sessions or lost time.

 

12.6 Waiver Requirement
12.6.1 All participants must complete a waiver prior to participating in any water-based activities (including but not exhausted – Aqua Park, Aqua Rugby, Stand-up Paddle Boards (SUPS) Mega SUPs, Kayaks & Open Water Swimming).
12.6.2 The waiver confirms that participants understand and accept the inherent risks associated with water activities.
12.6.3 Guests who fail to complete the waiver will not be permitted to participate in water-based attractions.
12.6.4 Parents or legal guardians must complete waivers for participants under 16 years of age.

 

12.7 Safety, Conduct & Guest Responsibility
12.7.1 Guests must comply with all posted rules, staff instructions, lifeguard guidance, safety briefs, and signage.
12.7.2 Running, rough play, or unsafe behaviour is strictly prohibited.
12.7.3 Let’s Go Hydro is not responsible for accidents resulting from failure to follow rules or unsafe behaviour.
12.7.4 Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry.
12.7.5 While the Park strives to provide a safe environment, it is not responsible for the behaviour or actions of guests when they are on the premises but not participating in supervised activities. Guests must act responsibly at all times.

 

12.8 Health, Age & Swimming Requirements
12.8.1 Participants must be able to swim 25 meters unaided to use water attractions.
12.8.2 Minimum age to enter the water is 7 years, and children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult where the maximum ratio is 1 adult per 3 children
12.8.3 Minimum height for water attractions is 110cm (3ft 6).
12.8.4 Guests with certain medical conditions (e.g., heart problems, pregnancy, epilepsy) should consult the Park’s website or contact staff prior to booking.
12.8.5 Guests are responsible for obtaining medical advice if necessary.
12.8.6 Guests with infectious diseases, open wounds, or other health conditions that may compromise safety are not permitted in water areas.

 

12.9 Personal Belongings
12.9.1 Let’s Go Hydro is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
12.9.2 Lockers are available at the guest’s own risk. Guests must provide their own padlocks.

 

12.10 Photography & Media
12.10.1 Guests may be photographed or recorded on Park premises.
12.10.2 By entering the Park, guests consent to the use of their image or likeness for promotional purposes.

 

12.11 Weather & Emergencies
12.11.1 The Park may close attractions or the entire facility due to severe weather or emergencies. (see 3.4)
12.11.2 No refunds will be provided for temporary closures but reschedules may be offered at the Park’s discretion. (see 3.1)
12.11.3 Guests should monitor announcements and comply with staff instructions during emergencies.

12.11.4 Seasonal Water Temperature Notice

The Aqua Park operates from April through to September. Please be aware that water temperatures can be significantly colder during the early and late parts of the season, particularly in April and September.

Participants should expect cold water conditions during these months and are advised to come prepared. Wetsuits are strongly recommended and are available on site. By booking outside of peak summer months, customers acknowledge and accept that water temperatures may be lower and weather conditions may be cooler.

 

12.12 Liability
12.12.1 Participation in all Park activities is at the guest’s own risk.
12.12.2 Let’s Go Hydro, its employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, accidents, or property damage, except as required by law.
12.12.3 Guests accept full responsibility for any risks associated with their participation, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, or other incidents.

 

12.13 Prohibited Items & Pets
12.13.1 Weapons, illegal substances, generators and glass containers are strictly prohibited.
12.13.2 Dogs are permitted onsite but cannot enter water areas, beaches, or indoor spaces. (see 8.1 – 8.5)

 

Children on Site

13.1 All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
13.2 Adults must supervise children at all times.
13.3 Changing room rules apply.
13.4 Cable tow minimum standards must be met.

 

Park Layout and Maintenance

14.1 The layout of the obstacles and features of the aqua park may be subject to change at any time for safety, maintenance, or operational purposes.

14.2 Let’s Go Hydro reserves the right to temporarily close or modify sections of the park, adjust operating hours, or conduct maintenance and repairs without prior notice.

14.3Guests acknowledge and accept that changes may occur for safety or operational reasons and that all bookings are subject to these conditions.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

15.1 The Park reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
15.2 Updated terms will be posted on the official website and at the Aquapark entrance.

 

0.3 By completing your booking, you confirm that you:
0.3.a Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
0.3.b Will ensure all participants comply with rules, safety requirements, and waiver obligations.
0.3.c Accept that participation is at your own risk, including late arrivals or missed sessions. (see 2.1)

 

Data Use

16.1 The information taken at time of booking is required to be collected for the purposes of processing your reservation with us.
16.2 We may process your data to keep you informed of our activities and to keep you updated with news, offers and other information that may be of interest to you.
16.3 If you do not want us to use your information for the marketing purposes described in this paragraph, please let us know.
16.4 We may also disclose your data to CampStead Ltd who may contact you, inviting you to complete a questionnaire and review regarding your stay at our park.
