Aqua Park

Each Open Water Swim session lasts 60 minutes.

Participants must arrive 45 minutes prior to the session start for:

• Check-in
• Wetsuit fitting (if required)
• Safety briefing

Let’s Go Hydro is not responsible for missed sessions or reduced participation time due to late arrival.

To take part in the Aquapark, participants must:

• Be able to swim 25 metres unaided (proof required on entry)
• Be 7 years or older
• Be at least 110cm tall
• Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol (strictly enforced)

Children and Supervision:

Children aged 8 and under must be accompanied on the Aquapark by an adult.

A ratio of 1 adult to 3 children applies.

For safety reasons, participants cannot take part if they have medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical exertion, impact, or water immersion.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Heart conditions
• High / low blood pressure
• Neck or back problems
• Recent fractures or dislocations
• Pregnancy

Other conditions such as epilepsy, asthma, or recent seizures may also restrict participation.

Participants must inform staff of any relevant medical conditions prior to their visit.

We aim to accommodate participants where possible and may offer reasonable adjustments or alternative activities. If unsure, please enquire at the time of booking.

Waivers MUST be signed by all participants 

You will receive your waiver as part of your booking confirmation.

A waiver link can be sent to other participants if your booking includes multiple participants.

Parents or legal guardians ONLY must complete waivers for participants under 16 years of age.

Ticket price includes slippy grippy socks and wetsuit

You MUST be able to swim 25m unaided

Children must be taller than 110cm (3ft 6)

Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the premises.

All participants MUST sign a waiver.

Lockers are available at the guest’s own risk. Please bring your own padlock.

Dogs are permitted onsite but are not allowed in water areas, on beaches, or indoors areas

Parking is available in the main Let’s Go Hydro car park.
