From school trips and sports teams to youth groups and clubs, our activities are designed to suit a wide range of ages, confidence levels, and abilities – creating memorable days out for everyone involved.

We offer a variety of group packages for schools, clubs, and organised groups of 20 participants or more.

With a range of activities and package options available, we can tailor your visit to suit your group size, age range, preferred activities, and budget – making the booking process simple, flexible, and stress-free.

Booking Process

Please email your enquiry to and include the following information:

Group name and contact details
Approximate number of participants
Preferred booking date and time
(Please note groups must arrive 45–60 minutes prior to their activity session time)
Activities you are interested in booking
Whether catering is required
Any additional requirements or relevant information for your booking

Waivers

A waiver must be completed and signed prior to arrival.

Anyone under the age of 16 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Please note, if waivers are not completed before arrival, Let’s Go Hydro cannot take responsibility for any lost session time caused by delays in the check-in process.

Arriving on Site

If you plan to arrive by coach, please let us know in advance so we can reserve a suitable parking area for the duration of your visit.

Upon arrival, our friendly team will be on hand to welcome your group at reception and get your session underway. Grippy socks will also be provided at reception.

Your group will then make their way to the Barn, where participants can change into their wetsuits before heading down to the water’s edge.

Once there, buoyancy aids will be provided and our instructors will deliver a full safety briefing before activities begin.

Then the real fun can begin!

During Your Session

We encourage groups to split into smaller teams to promote teamwork, communication, and support throughout the activities. Groups of four work particularly well, allowing participants to maximise both enjoyment and teamwork during their adventure.

After Your Session

As your adventure comes to an end, your group can relax and recharge with a range of refreshments available from our onsite café, from warming hot chocolates to refreshing soft drinks.

If hunger strikes, you can also enjoy a delicious catered meal prepared by our onsite team (pre-booking required).
