Puddle Park

Each Puddle Park session lasts 60 minutes

Participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to the session start for:

• Check-in
• Wetsuit fitting (if required)
• Safety briefing

Let’s Go Hydro is not responsible for missed sessions or reduced participation time due to late arrival

All participants must complete a waiver 

(We strongly recommend completing this online in advance – Waivers are included in your booking confirmation)

What to Bring

Towel and suitable swimwear for cold water adventures

Our puddles are very shallow, so shorts or rolled-up trousers are perfect for adults

Children’s wetsuits are not necessary

Wetsuit rentals are available as part of your ticket but are subject to availability

Supervision

Fully supervised by a lifeguard

Adults are permitted onto the Puddle Park as part of their child’s ticket (1 Adult Per Child)

Maximum of 20 children per session to ensure safety and fun

Grippy socks are provided as part of the ticket and must be worn by everyone on the Puddle Park

Non-participating guests may use the spectator area (beach)

For safety reasons, participants cannot take part if they have medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical exertion, impact, or water immersion.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Heart conditions
• High blood pressure
• Neck or back problems
• Recent fractures or dislocations
• Pregnancy

Other conditions such as epilepsy, asthma, or recent seizures may also restrict participation.

Participants must inform staff of any relevant medical conditions prior to their visit. Reasonable adjustments or alternative activities may be offered where possible.

Waivers MUST be signed by all participants 

You will receive your waiver a part of your booking confirmation.

A waiver link can be sent to other participants if your booking includes multiple participants.

Parents or legal guardians ONLY must complete waivers for participants under 16 years of age.

£15.00 per child

Adults do not pay when accompanying children (1 Adult Per Child)

Lockers are available at the guest’s own risk; participants must bring a padlock

Changing facilities are available onsite or at the water’s edge

Dogs are permitted onsite but not allowed in water areas, on beaches, or indoors

Parking is available in the main Let’s Go Hydro car park
