Do I need to be able to swim?

Yes, you must be able to swim 50m

Is food available on site?

Food and drink is available from our onsite café.

Is there car parking?

Yes, parking is available on site.

How long before a session do I need to arrive?

We recommend arriving 30 mins before your session to ensure you are changed and ready for your activity.

What happens if it is raining?

We go ahead – You get wet anyway!

Can I participate if I am pregnant?

We advise you not to participate if you are pregnant.

Are there changing rooms?

Yes, we have changing rooms on site, please note they are dry changing only.

Can I cancel my booking?

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within this time you will lose your payment. If you give us more than 48 hour notice we will credit the payment, to be used at a later date, or offer you a 50% refund of the full amount. If you were to give us 7 days’ notice, we will then refund the full amount or put it as credit to be rebooked another time.

Are spectators welcome?

Yes. Food and drink is available from our onsite café.
