FAQ’s

How long does a season pass last?

Season passes last from the opening date of the season they were purchased in until the close of that same season.

Season pass prices have been adjusted to account for the time that the cable has been closed due to lockdown guidelines.

What are the current opening hours?

Currently, we are open weekends only, from 12pm to 4pm. Sessions can be booked on the hour for a maximum of 4 hours. You can find our opening hours here [LINK]. As demand increases opening times and days will also increase

Can I watch my family on the water?

Anyone not booked in for a session will be asked to leave the site. We have a limit of 20 customers per hour to abide by social distancing rules.

If your child is under 16 years old we would ask that you watch from the viewing platform looking over the cable, remaining at least 2m from anyone else at all times

What equipment can I hire?

We currently are not offering wetsuit hire, but helmets, buoyancy aids and boards can still be rented. These are sterilised by staff between each use. We would ask anyone to bring their own equipment where possible.

I have never wake boarded before, can I use the full cable?

In the current situation, we would advise beginners to first book a 15-minute session on the system 2 cable system. With social distancing rules in place, coaching on the full cable will be extremely limited and it would be beneficial to learn the basics with a 1 on 1 session before moving on.

Sessions on the system 2 must be booked 1 day in advance

Beginners are welcome to try knee boarding on the full cable.

Please remember we will not be providing wetsuits and to bring your own.

Where can I park my car?

Cars can be parked in the top carparks at the main entrance. Cars cannot be parked down at the cable to leave access for any emergency vehicles.

As we are currently not offering changing facilities, we would advise bringing suitable footwear such as flipflops to walk to and from the carpark.

How do I book a session?

Sessions for the full cable can be booked online here [LINK]. These sessions begin on the hour and can be booked up to a maximum of 4-hour blocks. Please bear in mind to arrive no more than half an hour before your session and leave as soon as you have finished. If you become tired we would ask that you leave as soon as possible and not linger about.

To abide with social distancing guidelines we will have a maximum number of people allowed per session so please do not book any more time than you think you would need.

Are the changing facilities available?

Our changing facilities and lockers will be closed and so we ask that customers come changed and leave any valuables and clothes in their cars.
