Aqua Park Frequently Asked Questions

Please read our frequently asked questions to answers the common queries.

Can I wear shoes?

We do advise wearing wetsuit boots, or wetsuit socks. No trainers, or hard soled shoes are allowed. Otherwise barefoot is ok.

Can I bring a waterproof camera on to the aqua park?

Yes you can, however they MUST be secured by a chest harness – wearing a camera is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any lost devices.

Do I have to be physically fit to take part?

You do have to be able to pull yourself up out of the water, and it can be very tiring. You don’t have to be very fit to take part; however it is a very active sport.

Can I go on for longer than 50 minutes?

Yes you can, you just need to add another consecutive session onto your booking, and make us aware on arrival you have more than 1 session booked. Please note it is quite tiring and normally 1 session is enough for the average person.

Can I participate if I am pregnant?

We advise you not to participate if you are pregnant.

Is there changing rooms?

Yes, we have changing rooms on site, please note they are dry changing only.

Can I cancel my booking?

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within this time you will lose your payment. If you give us more than 48 hour notice we will try our best to reschedule your booking or add a credit to your Let’s Go Hydro account. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

What happens if it is raining?

We go ahead – You get wet anyway! If a customer decides not to come to their session because it is raining / windy, but the park is still open, then our normal cancellation policy will apply.

Is a wetsuit necessary?

It isn’t compulsory to wear a wetsuit, if you have your own wetsuit you are welcome to bring it along, otherwise we have them available & they are included in the price of your sesssion.

Can I wear glasses?

It is strongly advised not to wear your spectacles on the aqua park, prescription goggles are a good alternative. If you have to wear your glasses, this is done entirely at your own risk, as there is a high chance of losing or damaging them.

Do adults have to go on with children?

We do recommend under 11’s to have a responsible adult on with them. Ideally a 1:3 ratio.

Do I need to be able to swim?

Yes, you must be able to swim 50m with a buoyancy aid on, and be confident in the water.

Is food available on site?

Food and drink is available from our onsite café.

Is there car parking?

Yes, parking is available on site.

How long before a session do I need to arrive?

We recommend arriving 30 mins before your session to ensure you are changed and ready for your activity.

Are spectators welcome?

Yes. Food and drink is available from our onsite café.

What happens if the park closes due to adverse weather conditions?

If Let’s Go Hydro cancel a session due to adverse weather conditions, we will reschedule your session.

Is the aquapark suitable for toddlers?

No. For health & safety reasons and for the enjoyment of other customers on the aquapark, children under the age of 7 cannot get into the water or play on the inflatables.
