We do advise wearing wetsuit boots, or wetsuit socks. No trainers, or hard soled shoes are allowed. Otherwise barefoot is ok.
Yes you can, however they MUST be secured by a chest harness – wearing a camera is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any lost devices.
You do have to be able to pull yourself up out of the water, and it can be very tiring. You don’t have to be very fit to take part; however it is a very active sport.
Yes you can, you just need to add another consecutive session onto your booking, and make us aware on arrival you have more than 1 session booked. Please note it is quite tiring and normally 1 session is enough for the average person.

Yes, we have changing rooms on site, please note they are dry changing only.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within this time you will lose your payment. If you give us more than 48 hour notice we will credit the payment, to be used at a later date, or offer you a 50% refund of the full amount. If you
were to give us 7 days’ notice, we will then refund the full amount or put it as credit to be rebooked another time.
We go ahead – You get wet anyway! If a customer decides not to come to their session because it is raining / windy, but the park is still open, then our normal cancellation policy will apply.

Yes, we have a check in area at the Aquapark where customers can pay on arrival with cash or card. Please be advised that we are currently experiencing our peak season and would be unable to guarantee a place at any given time therefore would advise booking. We therefore advise you book online or call customer services on 02890690971, who would need to take full payment over the phone to guarantee the booking.
It isn’t compulsory to wear a wetsuit, if you have your own wetsuit you are welcome to bring it along, otherwise we have them available to hire on arrival for £5 per person.
It is strongly advised not to wear your spectacles on the aqua park, prescription goggles are a good alternative. If you have to wear your glasses, this is done entirely at your own risk, as there is a high chance of losing or damaging them.
We do recommend under 11’s to have a responsible adult on with them. Ideally a 1:3 ratio.
Yes, you must be able to swim 50m with a buoyancy aid on, and be confident in the water.

No. For health & safety reasons and for the enjoyment of other customers on the aquapark, children under the age of 7 cannot get into the water or play on the inflatables.
